Fantastic podcast! I’m always panicking when I’m doing my pop up because it needs work and I try to go in order, hands to chest, pull up, hook toes and stand up… then frustration hits as I’m having issues then negative self talk. The way you’re changing the mindset about surfing and these greater tips are awesome! Thank you for the trigger word episode, I’m going to put this into motion now ☺️🏄‍♀️

i was taught to watch someone really good, name the word that describes what you feel in your gut watching and then repeat that word as a mantra in that move
