Carrot Cake Overnight Oats! A perfectly easy and healthy make-ahead breakfast recipe! Simply mix all of the ingredients together and then leave in the fridge overnight to have the next day! Adding carrots, raisins, and spices like cinnamon and nutmeg definitely give it carrot cake like flavor. Adding ground flaxseed and chia seed only up the nutritional content! This recipe is vegetarian and vegan, but very delicious! Great for adults and also great to try for kids, saves some time in the morning! Hope you enjoy!
