Prof. Jens Krause is an expert on Swarm Intelligence. Observing large groups of fish and even experimenting with robofish, he has been able to predict movements of large groups of animals. These insights can also be used to predict human movements -- intelligence that can be extremely useful in emergency situations at mass manifestations
