I played all the games with my mom. She was Marcus. I was Dom all the time. When he died, we really liked his character and got teary. Dom went through a lot of crap.

Ever since the first gears came out me and my brother has been playing this, I was always Fenix while he was Dom because I told him he looks like Dom. I never liked Dom as a character and always joked about him dying, when the second game came out and Maria died I said "Now can he stop complaining?" me and my brother both laughed. The third game came out and he looked exactly like my brother with that beard he grew, once his death scene came up with this song playing I started to cry because Marcus lost his brother and since Dom and my brother look a like I couldn't help but imagine that being my brother.

Gears of War 4 comes around and Dom returns on a flying veloceraptor with Adam Fenix and all of the former gears from the previous games, spraying bullets carelessly into the sky with Dual Lancers, saying, "IT'S A MAD WORLD, HUH MARCUS!"

The gears of war franchise, in my opinon was the greatest. The story, could be, no matter, be hit close to home. The fight and the drive that Marcus and Dom faced. The players felt. they related. Gears of war fans will always love gears. The games gave me hope in my own life. Countless hours sitting in a chair enjoying online and loving the aspect of a fight of survive made my life feel better. I truly hope that I will see a Gears title for the Xbox one.

I still cant get over this, I was player 2 on my first run through with my mate, and then this happens. was so hard not to cry, my fav character dying after all these years. but such a beautiful scene!!!
