You show the recipe for Apricot CONSERVE here. Apricot JAM is actually 50/50 fresh fruits and sugar (apricots would need some kind of pectin as well, to aid setting)

When I make an apricot drink with the dried apricots that I have pureed in the blender with a lot of water and have that is a drink the pop I use as a marmalade and it's very good for you I'm some Ezekiel bread with some butter
