I agree! Ive been more self reflective because of journaling. When I have a bad day I journal. Why do I feel this way? Why do i have these thoughts? Are there past trauams? Listen to her. Journal helps 🤍🤗

I filled up my A5 journal in 107 days since I started in January! I'm a quarter of the way through my 2nd one! I MUST journal daily in order to maintain my peace and sanity!

My only problem is the commitment and the many thoughts that burst all at once. I would like to journal, but I wish there was a book I could buy that has thought prompts in it and a guide for how to journal.

I can’t even be honest or better said write all my thoughts etc. into the journal, for that I prob need to move out or be good enough in Korean to make full sentences and being able to express myself. Spanish would be cool to learn too, but anyone can translate it easily, because the letters are most likely the same.

I made a Journal with different sections: about me (fav colour, fav book, singer, hobby, friends etc.) just to see if it changes over times. My dreams/goals, training plan (structures), rating movies or books, strangers talking, my dreams, creative pages, things I am grateful for (little things), happy jar notes. I made little positive notes I did fold once and glued on the page, so if I should feel down, I can open one and close it again, recipes…

In goals I reached all the things I wrote for now if I remember it correctly. I didn’t write my biggest goals yet (I don’t dare to take the step yet and I also stopped journaling for years) the last time I wrote was when my cat went missing. I opened my journal and came across the goals/dreams page and realised that all I wrote came true, so I prayed and wrote that my cat comes back as I was crying and had barely hopes. But I was trying to manifest it and think positive, just this time, for this moment I will give it a try and believe it, as I wrote it down. And my cat came back. Didn’t write again after that into my journal, but I was so happy and I think writing it down helped me and gave me hopes.

You can create a journal the way you wish, there are no limits, you can be creative and that’s very cool. But I lost motivation and don’t have time for that at all. But it’s nice to have it, to look once a while inside. I might start a new one, if I feel like it again.

idk why this made me cry, but... it did and its so important to talk to yourself. to spend time with yourself. to sit with every single emotion and thought as hard as it may be sometimes. and i've been gonig through such a hard time and this is something i think i needed to hear :') thank you ♥

I have been journaling on digital diaries from 1990s and even on a paper journal. Now i just started yesterday journaling on a digital journal casio sf-5590sy 128kb. That thing is so amazing it just wants to be a planner.
That is my first digital journal that i am properly journaling on.
I had one more digital journal few months ago but i did not properly journal on that. The journal i had was sharp el-6690a 64kb.

Another good thing is that you can go back later and see how you've grown, if you don't write I down it's difficult to see your progress which can be an amazing feeling

I just journal to safeguard my memories and look back at them when i grow up, and well yeah it helps process thoughts aswell and say things I can’t say to anyone
Its like my happy place where i can create a mess however i want ^^
