MODULAR FAB TABLE BUILD

The concept of this fab table started with the SMCO 6x6 F550 trucks built only at Sparks Motors in Woods Cross, UTAH. These beasts carry a 10’ custom cargo box, so we needed a stout and useful table to fabricate these upon. After Andrew Thoma mocked up a base system with the specs that we needed, we put our brains together, along with Ryan Morgan. Ryan wanted the height to match our press brake for easier bending in big parts, and I wanted to add these modular removable table inserts, so the table could be used any way possible. We had the table inserts laser cut for tight specs on the 5/8” hole patterns spaced every two inches, just like most self assembly fab tables available to purchase. The design of the inserts provide an interference fit that can easily be removed to increase reachability, or entirely removed to use the table base as a work stand.

Where is it possible to get the dimensions of this table? Moreover is there a place where is it possibe to get 2D drawing of the inserts and the part of the table with holes? Thank you

and you stick or mig? because the time you spent tiging every weld would be halfed by mig or stick.

@KaneKidWelds That was an Ass Kicking Table Build... Anyway I could get a copy of the DX File? Would love to build that same Table in my Shop. The Modular Design was ingenious!
I Weld, Fab, & Mechanic for a major Helo Crop Disting Co. On Monday I may be working on Big Trucks, then Tuesday it might be one of our Turbine Powered Helicopters, etc. So that Heavy Duty Modular Table would work out awesome for me.
