A few months ago when Cole was doing that Q&A on reddit he said that this beat was too powerful and that he didnt like his verses on it so it didn't make the cut for Born Sinner.
Hopefully he still releases it in the near future, similar to how Jay-Z hasn't released that Brooklyn beat yet
