Joe Dispenza Week two - Prune Away the Habit of Being Yourself Meditation (Breaking the Habit)
Показать описание
I take no credit for this work - it's all inspired by Dr Joe Dispenza's book.
Dr. Joe has provided free instructions and a script for making your own guided meditation. This can be found on page 305 in the Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself book.
I simply put this together for myself - and after being asked by friends to share what I'd done - I put it here for anyone to use and enjoy.
This is the week two meditation from Dr Joe Dispenza’s book – Breaking the Habit of Being yourself. I will assume you have read the book in its entirety before starting this meditation - otherwise it may not make sense and you may not get the best results.
I am assuming that before listening to this audio, you have already read the book Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, or are familiar with Dr Joe’s work, and you already know the emotion you want to prune. Full details are in chapter 11 “prune away the habit of being yourself”. If you listen to this audio before doing the writing exercises, you will likely not understand it fully not gain the full benefit of this work!
During this week two meditation you will work at recognising, admitting, declaring and surrendering the emotion that no longer serves you. Dr Joe recommends only working on one emotion at once.
During the audio, you bring to awareness to a particular emotion that you want to ‘unmemorise’. In other words you ‘recognise’ it.
Next, you ‘admit’ to a Higher Power what you have been and what you want to change about yourself. At the end of this section there is a short phrase for you to repeat silently to yourself.
In ‘declaring’ you state out loud what emotion you are releasing.
Finally, in ‘surrendering’ you offer up this limiting state and ask that it is resolved in a way that it right for you. Towards the end of this section there is a short phrase for you to repeat silently to yourself.
When you’re ready, get comfortable, hit play and enjoy pruning away the emotion that no longer serves you.
