Love seeing a Sea Rat deck on the wall. That's what's up. Also, super excited for these trucks. Have a pair of 86's on an old deck hanging up.

As an old man skateboarder/surfskate enthusiast that is 63 going on 24, I really dig seeing these modernized 80s reissues. I bet I could put together a skateboard identical to anyting I had in 1983, with the benefit of modern technology.
It also looks like some of these reissues are definitely being directed at the surfskate market, the wheel bases for the reissue decks are perfect for use with the waterborne high-performance surfskate conversion kit (the kit adds 2 and 1/4 in. in wheelbase), and the narrowed truck also works great for the surfskate, the narrowed truck facilitates a sharper turn and turning radius. Much like a slalom truck.

The 159's did not come out till the stage 5. It was available when the "V" shape front came out it was a lookalike of the trackers and were not prone to bend. Perty much the modern Indy as we know it today

I wonder if the axle is gonna slip or if that's the one modern improvement Indy made to these trucks.

Kingpin seems a lot more exposed. Wonder how they compare in weight and turning! 🤔

Crazy how much they look like tech deck trucks front and back

I wonder how these compare to Ace Classics. The Indy Stage IVs really look good though.

They look just like ace are these the one that ace where design off of?

Different bushing sizes will be a bit annoying but otherwise I will probably try these.

It is fun to look back on old designs. These turn great but not as consistently fluid as an Ace.. They are heavy, have very little kingpin clearance and the bushings are way too stiff. Ace are still doing it better. Just an opinion. I'll put mine on a reissue deck.

I just ordered two sets of 136. Not sure if it will be just a one off or will be merged into yearly release

Isn’t this the model that ACE used for the design of their trucks !??

I don't take advice from people who wear sunglasses indoors
