1. It’s better than mine
2. It’s annoying
3. If you have issues what is left for us to improve on 😬

1.Racket Preparation: Don't let the ball get too far behind you, make contact more in front of you
2.Rotation of the Body: Rotate your body more, will generate more power that way
3. Racket Face: Make sure you close your racket face, you don't want a lot of balls to fly out.

My humble opinion: (I) more circular movement for preparation with racquet head lower before impact; (ii) body weight leaning more toward ball direction; (iii) looser wrist and more extreme grip

You're stepping back with your left foot and then not stepping in with your right. You'll get more power (from your body weight) if you set yourself up to step in more with your right.
Also, it would help if you stretched your right shoulder back a bit more. You can do this with the help of your left hand/arm pulling the racquet back. Good luck!

The only incorrect thing about it is that he’s using mostly arm & not the body. It’s possible to use a few times, but not all match bc using just arm speed is unstable & can lead to injuries. Generating power & consistent groundies using your body weight & proper mechanics is ideal

A one handed should feel effortless. You’re working way too hard. Not everyone has Federer’s timing but working on your timing and rhythm should help smoky things out. If you bet that right the power will come naturally. Good luck!

Grip + no spin + no correct lag + follow through

Grip, lateral swingpath and low takeback

Racket needs to start higher. Your racket head is almost horizontal when you start the swing My teacher explained to me, and you see all the pros, that they start out with the racket head pointing up.

Also you don't really shift your weight forward it doesn't seem like. Can't tell though.

Someone mentioned it should be almost effortless and they are right. That will come over time. Think of your arm and racket as being a whip and let the head of the racket do the work. Remember the racket head should not be open to the ground, very important. Looking really good 😊

Not bad Nic! The slingerbag has a lot of topspin and it's really hard to time the ball and easy to get tight, you are playing Nadal there! 1. Get a bit more under the ball, 2 your grip, adjust for a bit more of topspin 3 something related to the timing and contact point, prepare earlier/before the bounce could help

The biggest issue is the bird mating call before ever shot.

Holding off the shoulder like you do looks great, but if you let the wrist release more after impact you won’t tear up the shoulder as much after repetition

Loss of tension ahead release of ground force before stroke. Power generation all from arm. Racquet head should start much lower with more of n out and around path.

Bend a little more and use that left leg to push through the ball and more hip rotation.. But stay in a closed stance... You will generate more power

I don’t really want to coach the coach. But, I’d recommend angling right shoulder more downwards on takeback, so you could get a bit of the pendulum/cartwheel effect. And try building momentum in a smooth steady increase, peaking at contact point. And maybe get more L shape angle from racket and forearm, by adjusting wrist.

Try your best to find the perfect position on where to make contact because some of your strokes aren’t too controlled but overall 🔥

1. No racket drop.
2. Weak coil.
3. Weak take back.

Left foot left hand but overall followthrough is good
