I particularly appreciate how they mentioned what they are NOT expert at. Such honesty is only becoming rarer in YT thru the years. Kudos to you two!

I've been watching your channel since 3/4 years. And I gotta say it - this setup looks weird. But as always, great information. Thanks a lot.

Okay... But how does ems and tens machines differ mechanically, if they both stimulate through electrical impulses?

Question - The NIH has some studies out now which support using tens units for reduction of extremity swelling and lymphadema. Can you please address how to go about using it for that. My husband has had surgery closing off some older overrelaxed veins which were causing excess fluid and lymphadema in his legs and feet, he is very healthy for 82, just old veins, and he walks 4-5 miles every morning. The surgery has helped some, but this tens approach seems to offer additional help and improvement. Thank You

Conceptually aren’t they all the same (tens, ems or rife), just with differing configuration for different applications?

Sorry for the ignorance but the device sends a low electric signal so what is the difference between the devices both send a low electric signal so how is the difference between ems and tens?

I have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Type 2 and have a love/hate relationship with my TENS. Sometimes it helps other times it just makes the nerves angrier than what they were, to begin with. I wonder if there is a benefit using an EMS for muscle spams that we tend to get with CRPS.
