I think what affect's Pancada's performance despite being so good in game was the language barrier. He wasn't fully comfortable in English unlike Sacy and that affects their communications ever since when Dephh used to be the IGL of Sentinels. Another reason would be he maybe felt like an outcast now whenever he's playing with them.
So he might just as well go to other BR team.
