In my opinion, pANcada is such a crazy great player and had a good run at the very least with SEN. But unfortunately, a great Valorant team consists of 5 people who has THAT chemistry together. That's when zaddy comes in to put that last piece in the SEN roster to win an international tournament. Rob answered that quite frank and very well. Thank you for the clip!

Hearing all of this coming from the CEO I have to applaud that the organization was thinking of the valorant ecosystem when they decided to not have pancada have a buy out on his contract. The fact that Rob really cares about his players opting to not have a buyout clause for pANcada but for him to freely look for options and also taking care of it as well then also releasing it to the public so pANcada can have more options, its just such a W like what they did to Zellsis where they didn't persuade him with money but instead even wanted to help Zellsis with other options as well like that's a W CEO move. Caring about the org more than himself!

It’s not like pancada was frying and they were losing. He could’ve performed better and they probably finish better and win some games. But to say it’s 100% not his fault is false.
