How we work has changed drastically over the past few decades.

Just a few years ago, you would probably see people working in cubicles with basic technology. And if you sat in on a job interview, you would hear the person representing the company asking all the questions, making sure the prospective employee is the right fit for the position.

Nowadays, if you were to walk into that same office, you would probably see that instead of having separate work lives and personal lives, employees now have work/life integration.

You would also see that interviews have drastically changed, and the roles have switched. Now the prospective employee is asking most of the questions—what is it like to work here? Will I have a sense of purpose? Will I have access to the best tools and resources?

Your organization now has to convince people they should work for you and keep up with the times.

It's kind of sad hearing people go into interviews asking these sorts of questions about a potential employer, don't they do their research on a company before they interview? Aren't they applying for a job because it's appealing to them in the first place? Next applicant please :)
