Other things Apple does not tell you...
-Both the RAM and SSD are soldered in place making repair or upgrade not an option. It turns the SOC into a disposable device.
-Since the display on the iMac is glued in place how can you use a can of compressed air to blow accumulated dust that collects inside the case.
Perhaps next version of Apple Silicon will support additional I/O ports (USB, Thunderbolt, Display etc) but those are rumors until its actually shipped.
A ProSumer line would be great if they can incorporate additional USB, Thunderbolt, Display, Slotted upgradable RAM and M.2 NVME slots, but that means Apples desire to keep with disposable electronics needs to end.

@2:53 Windows ARM and Mac OS both only have Photoshop and Lightroom working natively, so I'm not sure where you got "only a handful on windows and all running on Apple Silicon." Unless you're talking about x86 emulation, which Windows on ARM does too. It also helps that Photoshop was running on Windows based ARM machines 6 months before the M1 mac even came out.
