I used to use Photoshop a lot on pc before are pc stopped working I used to put vectors behind objects in a already existing photo like for example, Bugs Bunny behind a tree or building

When I turn my background color off only some of the page turns transept. Like it seems like some shapes that I cut out had also deleted the background and now I can’t do the layer underneath my main page and color it in. Instead it just acts like an invisible barrier
