All I need to know about Marky Mark's training regimen is what I learned from Dr. Mike's roasting of his Personal Trainer.

Remember when Marky Mark Wahlberg beat up that Asian guy for no reason

If you're in a public gym, remember that the key to this exercise is to set it up in front of the dumbell rack. That helps to activate your hamstrings.

A tip I give for rdls is to imagine having a rope attached to your hips pulling you.
Also, try keeping your shins perpendicular to ground.

These are all great cues, thank you. Sometimes my clients can have a hard time with this movement.

Also, Mr whalberg, do not extend the back beyond upright. You're placing unnecessary stress on the spine for no extra benefit.

A easier queue is keep your knees behind your toes. Love KB’s

Remember: stretching hamstrings by bending the body like that can aggravate existing sciatica.

He started practicing that exercise in prison.

don't forget cardio, he has a very unique routine of chasing black schoolchildren down the street, incorporates arm day too when he throws the rocks at them

Arms long & take out the slack had helped me a lot.

I struggle bracing the core without tightening my belt to the point it cuts into me on the way down.

Don't forget to engage your lats and look up... This really helps to keep pressure off of your lower back... And you will be able to lift heavier weights without any injury or pains... And your disks will be safe.

I'm starting to love RDLs. I didn't think just bending down and back up could work your glutes so much.

Is it me or does it look like Wahlberg's core isn't braced laterally?
