The Making of a Porcelain Bowl

On our trip to Jingdezhen, the birthplace of porcelain, we got to see many talented artisans at work. This particular visit was at a ceramic factory. Each worker works a different part of the process.

I enjoyed watching the process of creating those dishes and think it's really cool when others are happy to share that knowledge! How neat! They seem to be very efficient and conscientious of waste! My favorite kind of documentary is one I'm not bored watching. That was very enlightening, interesting, and enjoyable to watch!!!

I have a Genuine question
suppose a Porcelain bowl is fell off and broken
is it possible to recycle it back to raw material and clay?
Or is it just not possible?

Nice, looks like almost is all automated compared with the handmade ones wish i think that is what they used to do many years ago there. Also its goes down about the prices to, may be those are more cheaper compared to the handmade ones.
