Im an iit graduate I see this alot in the college tbh there is a division inside the college of top 1% students among the students who cracked one of the hardest exam in our country. I cant say for the most but the people i know who were toppers are the same person who either were boderline 76% or 89 nobody i know has a board percentage above 90% which is quite ironic itself. Also what ashneer says people in iit are sometimes clueless.
