I'm a supervisor in the U.S so I also get to review job applications. Sometimes we review over 50 applications for one job opening One thing I would advise everyone to do when applying for remote jobs is to look at the job description, and make sure you include to include the top five job requirements in your resume and cover letter. These days A.I sifts through applications before the get to the person who decides whether or not you meet the criteria. A.I uses key words to make that decision. The organization i work has only about 15% remote jobs and they hire mostly people in America, so I'm just giving you a heads up.

What she is saying is 100% true, I had been looking forward for flexibility and that is what remote work gives you, some companies hire even less experienced people for like $5 per hour for call center jobs etc, the market is competitive but I like how Kenyans hear of an opportunity and grab it. To anyone reading this, go ahead and try remote work even with your diploma or certificate or even high school cert, it is possible. Go on YouTube for basic skills then apply for that job.
