Roblox is suing YouTuber and developer Ruben Sim for threats, being banned, breaking TOS, impersonating employees, and many other things, for millions of dollars.

Let's be honest, a billion dollar company suing 1 individual for a shit ton of money for something that I personally believe he's both right and wrong on is probably the saddest and most pathetic thing I've seen yet.

Ruben is one of the only Roblox youtubers that are actually worth following, so it sucks that Roblox is essencially extorting him.

Its gonna be pretty damn hard for Ruben or Roblox to win. Roblox is a multi-billion dollar company with multiple allegations that could work against him, while Ruben is well versed in everything Roblox has done and could probably force them to stop the lawsuit for having grudges against him. They're both gonna have a hard time in court but Ruben is gonna have a harder time as Roblox can probably get a better lawyer. Though it is very obvious that Roblox holds grudges against Ruben as they especially hate him for doing some things, that he probably didn't do, that other people have done. (Thanks to the people who reminded me it was multi-billion :D)

This is a huge hipocrosy from Roblox due to them not even doing a single shit about hackers or exploiters, yet they do everything, literally everything to destroy Ruben's life.

Lol so Roblox sued Ruben partly for ‘sexual content’ and want 1.65 million from him, but they took literally no action against HulkBR (who had a MUCH larger subscriber base than Ruben btw ) for constantly putting inappropriate content in his thumbnails despite MULTIPLE Roblox YouTubers with large audiences calling him out for it, and even continued to promote him via the Star program. Roblox moderation at its finest

Wtf?! It is absolutely unbelievable how low Roblox is willing to go to screw a single man for mocking them and exposing them of their greedy and awful actions that he covered in his old videos of Roblox Watch. I hope Ruben is alright and he ends up winning. Because then it will prove to Roblox that they’re not invincible and will draw the line to them that we really need. Nonetheless, its safe to say this is gonna be a turning point for Roblox and the Roblox community as a whole. To be honest here, it's kinda funny that roblox says all of this is wrong but falsely bans/deletes accounts that people who has spent a good portion of money onto the company and then do nothing about it.

The injustice of this entire situation is so sad. Ruben will most likely be unable to come out of this court case unscathed. I wish Ruben the best of luck because he doesn't deserve all of this.

I had a look through this lawsuit document and it is just more than ridiculous how many "bad acts" against Roblox that Ruben has supposedly committed. Many of the acts in of themselves have been greatly exaggerated or simply too stupid to even be true. There are literally three pages devoted to a transcript of Ruben's voice chat video of him "engaging in conversation, using extreme profanity, engaging in user harassment." Jokingly saying things relating to the first listed is not the same as meaning them, people swear all the time when talking out loud and with friends and the users without access to voice chat that he was "harassing" couldn't even hear him because they don't have voice chat! And furthermore, much of this transcript is completely out of context and when anything is taken out of context, it makes the speaker look bad. I could and would go on about how this whole lawsuit is but it's the middle of the night and these are my tired thoughts. The thing is, too, Roblox is practically guaranteed to win this thing because they are a huge corporation and can do whatever the heck they like, even though this entire lawsuit is (mostly) based on completely false charges.
