An insult. I’m black, worked hard to save up money in order to buy my own home. Paid my bills (which I still do, of course), lived frugally, and then I was able to buy my cute house. Not a mansion but I can afford it! What Bank of America is doing is a slap in the face for those of us who are hard-working. Predatory lending again!

I closed my account at BOA last year. They were awful and their employees were miserable and it showed. They permanently closed the branch in my neighborhood.

Wes, I just was charged $15, 000 closing costs on a $ 550, 000 home in NY. I have excellent credit and they put me through hell for a $100, 000 mortgage. I even had $450, 000 down payment. This pisses me I am a US citizen and been paying taxes since I was 16 years old.

I saw that on TikTok where they have a minority woman encouraging minorities to buy a home I did mention the housing crisis that we had and how it’s going to actually hurt the minority population you crack me up all the time

I remember the last time they did this people lost their homes because they jacked up the interest. It started out with a mortgage payment of 500 dollars a month, but in just a few years it was over 1300 dollars a month on a double wide mobile home. Young families couldn't afford this and got foreclosed on and were bankrupt. They are probably going to do this so more people buy from private sellers so they can bankrupt the new homeowners so the bank end up flat out owning more properties.
You will own nothing and be happy about they said. Believe them when they tell you what they are doing.

Considering this and the free healthcare and food stamps I’ve been seriously thinking about denouncing my citizenship as a US citizen, moving to Mexico becoming one of their citizens then walk across the border and get everything free as a illegal alien.

You're right. I remember when this went down b4 and all the evictions and repossessions. Putting people in homes they can't afford and then they loose them. Nothing down. U have nothing to loose but u go backwards in your life big time when u add in the cost of repossessing and moving...and your credit file. Then you're stuck with high interest loans and credit cards bcuz of your repos.
