Thank you. It's sad that we can't use a google spreadsheet as a knowledge base. It would be also nice to be able to use the spreadsheet as a knowledge base for both questions asked by the bot and possible answers.

3 years later and still in beta? We love this tool and use Knowledge Base with DF every day but now it’s 2023 can’t we do more now? For example, accept any doc regardless of the formatting (like forcing FAQ format). Keep up the great work!

Suppose we have multiple FAQs, is there a way to make access different FAQs with training phrases? I want to different FAQ associated with different region/jurisdictions.

Hi Priyanka, I enjoyed learning from your lectures. Thank you very much! FAQs of knowledge[beta] work quite well but the Extractive QA does not work well at all when we upload articles. Could you suggest me what kind of documents should be uploaded to Extractive QA to get better results? All the youtube videos of knowledge [beta] are made on FAQs but no video is found on Extractive QA. What could be the reason?

I’ve added the FAQ as shown. How do I put it on the actual bot? Yes it works when I user the try feature on the right. But if I enable the web demo, it doesn’t. I’m surely missing something. Any help would be appreciated.
