In this video I will show you how you can use Dialogflow Knowledgebase to create responses for FAQs instead of creating different intents for each question.

To follow this tutorial you only need a valid Gmail account associated with Google Dialogflow.

i have few links in my csv and html files but those are getting rendered as plain text in chatbot
how to resolve them ?

Hi, When I want to upload the file as a csv file, I always get an error error message and the file is not uploaded. Do you know why that might be?

In case of pdf part, answer came with questions...anyway to show only answers not questions as part of it in response
