Wow... 😲trying to decide if I'm more amazed by the content of video or it's popping up before me.. as I've just spent the last hour and a half going from standing to crouching in kitchen trying to get something to eat while battling compulsion to stretch neck and instinct hold breath for relief then need to crouch to prevent falling with energy surge and feeling of losing proprioception. Probably watched thousands YouTube videos as my only source of guidance, obviously not practicing pranayama on purpose. God bless you and thank you with all my heart! Any feedback humbly appreciated.. waking up inside out😕!

It’s so amazing that the universe has a evolved a creature capable of imagining infinity and viewing itself through a conceptual lens, when you imagine the total amount of life lived as every organism that’s ever existed time ceases to matter, all that has ever been it that pristine now, the path betweeen insanity and realization is very narrow and american /western culture is particularly keen when it comes to eradicating individuation/ realization through conformity and engineered culture, so thankful for the ability to begin to ponder this creation even with the immense
