We’ll share the stories of guys who have lost 100 pounds in their 40s, maintained six-pack abs in their 50s, and ran marathons in their 60s. What are these guys doing differently than the average guy? We’ll share the systems that they use to get fit and stay fit, along with some of the medical science and research related to nutrition, sleep, and exercise.
