Creating your own personal nutrition plan and system allows you to eat healthy food consistently, lose weight, build muscle, while actually ENJOYING the routine. A diet plan that works for one person won't always work for everyone. Every person has their own needs when it comes to nutrition and meal schedules.

In this health and fitness podcast for men over 40, we’ll teach you how to get motivated, exercise, and eat right in your 40s, 50s, and 60s. On the Fit Father Podcast, we’ll share the stories of guys who have lost 100 pounds in their 40s, maintained six-pack abs in their 50s, and ran marathons in their 60s. What are these guys doing differently than the average guy? Good reminder of the “systematic” and sustainable pillars of the program. Definitely have to reenergize my weekly bulk food prep. Feel really motivated to fill this gap because I have already seen the long term benefits of the habit of a no-think healthy and delicious morning shake, for example.

Dr. Balduzzi is so right about this. I'm always trying new diets like Keto, Paleo, etc.. but in the end I never commit to them for very long. I'm going to follow Dr. B's tips and work on getting a system in place for me that I can actually follow every day and use for my long term goals. Thanks for this helpful video!
