Project Snowbird - 2020 GT500 - E85 Results

Project Snowbird, the 2020 GT500 we're partnering with Jokerz Performance and Late Model Throttle on, went to the track this past weekend. But, before we went, we gave Snowbird a power boost with a smaller pulley and E85. With this combination and Late Model Throttle's ported blower, the Shelby really laid down some power ... here are the results.

Very nice. I noticed in your videos of the car when at the track that you guys are still running the front side wickers. Saw on the ford drag page that they suggested you remove those for drag racing because of drag.

Question, if the exhaust is too restrictive will it create a hotter air/fuel mix in the combustion chamber thus making it more prone to detonation?

That's some pretty awesome results!!!
I'm wondering what happens when you put some headers and open up the exhaust system, then turn the boost back up. Maybe a Grand to the wheels?? Keep on tweaking, it's all new for everyone, but I get the feeling that VMP is going to find the path to more horsepower, as always.
