I wonder how much trial and error first went into freezing cakes for long periods of time. “Lab hall 32a testing attempt 236, blasting a cake with liquid nitrogen for 20 seconds to freeze. This one might work!”

And is that how you defrost the top layer of a wedding cake that was frozen for a year?
And a cake that's been frozen can't be refrozen, right?

I was gonna ask how to do it last video but I figured you’d upload a continuation!

Great tips! At what point do you take the Saran Wrap OFF? Thanks!!❤

That explains why the frozen cakes I’ve bought have those exact instructions… now I feel bad for being impatient and not following them. Just don’t tell them I’ve resorted to microwaving frozen cakes 😭

Plastic wrap actually preserves foods better. I did a science project in 4th grade. I made it to district!

Hi! When you were molding the fondant, what did you put on it? Was it confectioner’s sugar or corn starch or flour? Thanks!

My question is, when do you take the Saran wrap off of the cake? Right when you need it, the day you take it out of the freezer, before you put it back in the fridge?

Does freezing it make it more moist? 🤔 Also, how do you get the extra flour?....powdered sugar?....dust off of the fondant to make it look finished at the end like all your other ones?

I feel like 1 min is not enough time sometimes to notice some of the little things you do...that end up needing to get cut or sped over to quickly make your point or finish a story. 🙃 I do appreciate the shorts though because they make me interested in LOTS of things I never thought about.

I love to cook, but I can't bake. Im trying to learn though, so I can make beautiful treats like you do, Inshallah! 🍰😍🤤 I can paint and draw pretty good, but my baked desserts come out looking like a kindergartners' crayon drawings!! 😆 And I'm Catholic, but I love listening to stories from the Quran and learning about Islam ❤️
