Try using an immersion blender!! It makes making thick smoothies so much easier because the fruits cant escape the blades >:) its also super easy to clean the immersion blender

If it doesn't be thick all the time then use measurements pr add guar or xanthan gum


Measurments:
1.5 c fruits any
0.25 c milk any kind preferably almond (my opinion)
If your working out use a serving of protein (not always 1 scoop)
Chia seeds as many as you like
Collegen for health
1/4tsp of xanthan or guar
