Can I just write that it is awesome to see some GOOD pictures of Dan being successful and in his prime? Looking good back then, Dan-o.

The sublimation phase was fascinating, I didn't realise the colour was essentially a fancy transfer. I thought it was a dye in the fabric. Great video 👍

The nerd in me is overjoyed at highly specific tech/history vidios like this one :D it would have been funny if Ollie pulled a Tom Scott impression when talking about zippers

It’s fun watching these guys become such nerds about things! The 6.0 Aero jersey is an amazing piece of kit. It’s definitely high end with the high end price. I must be a nerd also because I have several of the 6.0 jerseys

I have always thought that Castelli clothing was overpriced, but now that I see what goes into the making of the product, I can understand why. Good video Olli.

Thank you for the video, I looked into Castelli when they became GCN's partner and now pretty much all my cycling clothing is from them and I am super happy.

Fantastic and insightful report yet again by Ollie😊👍 - keep them coming!
Castillo kit is the go-to manufacturer for best mix of performance/value IMO. To clarify a lot of comments however - it ain't handmade in Italy....this site is the HQ/R&D facility. All the kit us minions use is mass produced in Moldova and Bosnia & Herzegovina currently. The early Aero 2.0 Ollie mentioned was factory produced in Hungary (still got one 👍).
Doesn't detract from quality or performance but explains the price difference between Castelli and Assos I think (castelli every time even if cost neutral😁)

Just mentioning that there's some neat tech in it will be enough to make me want to buy that jersey :)
Long live R&D!

I feel like I’m watching an episode of Ollie in his version of “playground/ theme park”. Very entertaining. I’m going to Castelli website now. Great job presenting Ollie!

Wow. Thanks for this video. What a treat to see all those jerseys. In the mean time, I’ll keep on dreaming that I can fit into one of those aero jerseys.
