Thanks for answering that question Paul. I've heard it asked but never really answered.

I agree with you Paul and as much as I love Laura Nirider I thought she seemed to wilt in front of the judges and was very disappointed with her performance.

I'm with K Z on this. L N became a bit frustrated, and I don't blame her, at some of the ridiculously slanted questions posed to her. However, she was there defending a young boy whose entire confession was a series of contradictions. When she was asked why law enforcement went after Brendan, she should have told the judges that K K and his circus performers NEEDED Brendan's confession due to the lack of and mysterious appearance of any credible physical evidence proving S A's guilt. Period. Watching her lose that opportunity for Branden made me cringe in my chair as I saw it happen. I felt it was over for Brendan in that court room at that moment. I'm not saying it would have been easy, politically, for her to do, but sometimes you have to take a stand to maintain your moral compass. K Z's thoughts about the En Banc review should not drive a wedge between these professionals, but let's face it, we don't particularly care when our mistakes in life are made so public.

I guess they know Kathleen Zellner (KZ) has a strong following and the idea of mentioning her name will take the focus off them. Supporters are more interested in what KZ is doing or what
she would do next. Maybe, it’s an ego thing with them, and wanting some of KZ’s popularity. Or, not seen to latch to her tail. I know, that sounds silly, but it’s obvious…right?

KZ’s clear goal is to free Steven Avery. For us supporters, she is ticking the boxes to achieve this goal. On the big picture, when SA is free, Brendan will too, despite how he got himself into this mess.

David Rudolph really needs to keep his comments to himself. KZ is an independent attorney doing this with a partner and her staff, no individual attorney has more exonerations than she does. I also agreed with KZ about the en banc hearing before she even said it. We all listened to that hearing, we all know the question about needing two killers was dodged. We all know the answer to that question. I have immense respect for LN and SD, but by trying to keep SA out of Brendan’s case they are throwing out a lot of critical information. I have always thought that.

Drizin and Nirider’s silence on the control question is somewhat perplexing, as that was seemingly interpreted as being intangible proof of Brendan’s guilt, and it sealed the case against him! If I had to speculate on their apparent silence re Zellner - it seems troubling, probably because of some throwaway comments from KZ, though shouldn’t impact either case when they get down to the business end. I’m sure all will set their egos aside and do what is best for the client.

Great video Paul, you need to check out Casey Oliver's video she brought up a good point about judge flowers in Steven's case.

Wonderful insight. Thank you for giving us this info to broaden our awareness. Sounds like someone is jealous of KATHLEEN ZELLNER.
