I really like this song!! I expected something like Mono's song, because, y'know, they're technically the same person, but I wasn't dissapointed at all! Also, I really like reference in the ''can anybody tell me right where Six is?'' (in my opinion) a reference to the official Thin Man's description ''As the ever-present hum of The Transmission chokes the airwaves, The Thin Man continues his endless journey through this desolate place, haunting the shadows, searching for something." (and that ''something'' is probably Six) And finally, my playlist's LN section is getting bigger!

Man.... Mono/Thinman's story always gets me. All he wanted to do was help what he thought was an innocent child and stop the madness that was destroying life, and instead, the very person he sought to save ended up dooming him to an endless cycle of being the source of the very madness he wanted to put a stop to. The guilt and betrayal eating him up inside for all those years just to have to watch the cycle begin all over again, a never ending ouroboros of pain and misery. 2:31 The way he reached out one last time to Mono, just like he once reached out to Six, only for his trust to be broken... it's just an endless cycle of hurt. After playing the entire game and series through the eyes of terrified children, this song delivers us the tragic perspective of the Thin Man. He was just another evil adult to Mono, in fact he is the main threat in Pale City for broadcasting the transmissions and controlling the signal tower. From Mono's side in the fight with the Thin Man, he is seemingly trying to capture or kill Mono. In his point of view and as this song portrays, he is trying to save Mono from a dark fate, thinking it can be avoided. This is a truly beautiful animation and song, such wonderfully sad storytelling.

Damn, amazing work guys. I can just feel the emotion from the music that goes so well for the visuals, especially the twenty last seconds or so. Thin Man is trying his best just to stop his own fate, not wanting to harm himself but when his younger self rejects it the rage of Six's betrayal and now his younger self is forced to attack. Mono then thinks back to his own times with Six and how close they had gotten, using it to fight back against his future self. At least that's the story in my brain lol 😂 10/10
