My son has type 1 diabetes. and it is very worrying at times. Nights can be hard, having to be on high alert for low glucose.etc Think I have had one unbroken sleep in three years. "Seeing the Unseen" documentary brought me here. Magical song and voice! Love this kind of voices although before this song I had known only 1 voice like this and wouldn't have ever thought there are more.

I really enjoy the way that her voice is not 'traditional'...it seems much more genuine. This does not sound like the music industry made her; Eivør has a very organic feel. 'Tis a near perfect mix of pop music and folk sensibilities. I hope her album has even MORE of a folk vibe, but even if they it doesn't, It has made it onto my wish list on iTunes.
