This has been commented a million and one times, but I have to say it too: I really appreciate you taking the time to upload these videos.  Coming from someone who is in school for IT, graduating within the year, and currently working as an intern in the IT department of a particular company, I feel you really do provide the knowledge that people need to know to be successful in the real world.  For some issues I have spent hours searching the web only to find incomplete, or inaccurate answers, but after watching a single post, multiple solutions/principles just clicked right into place.  You should write a book and charge out the ass for it: it would certainly be way more useful than any of the other references I've looked at.

GREAT TOPIC, GOOD DISCUSSION, VERY DECENT EXPLANATION. *You could have talked more about the redundant practice that's been around 15 years (cell and pots bridging) this comes from, only now with a trending name, like The Cloud, most popular trending name for something that's been around and is really a colo cluster like most any rem office. Can't help but comment here. Short story, daughter was sick, went to ER, needed to be admitted, BUT construction crew had cut ALL of the Fiber cables to this major hospital. It took 36hrs to do the paperwork to get her admitted. From her window it looked like an AT&T BoyScout Fiber Repair Jamboree! Nurses kept walking up to all these touch screen displays and standing there looking into the blackness. BTW: Daughter is fine!
