made this for lunch today. absolutely delicious. for one person, i recommend 1 medium potato, 1 cup of flour + 1 egg plus some salt. i didn't measure the sauce but i used garlic, black pepper, salt, red pepper flakes + butter. added some milk for creaminess.
tip: mash the living hell out of those potatoes. there need to be absolutely no chunks or ur dough will just be flour + potato chunks (gross).
