Installing geopandas | Reading and plotting shapefile with it and matplotlib Part 1

This video explains how to install geopandas and how to read a shapefile by using it.

Also, it explains how to solve this error:

ImportError: the 'read_file' function requires the 'fiona' package, but it is not installed or does not import correctly.
Importing fiona resulted in: DLL load failed while importing ogrext: The specified module could not be found.

Hi sir, I have tried this in my anaconda navigator but, while creating the kernel it showing error. Any idea what is the problem or can we install all the packages by running the anaconda prompt as an administrator.
