I'm From Japan 🤙
Pork steak is called “Tonteki” in Japan
Pork=豚肉(Kanji)
豚 means pig and 肉 means meat.
There are some pronunciations of 豚. one of them is “Ton”.
P.S. I think calling cream cheese “curichi” is unusual 🤔

I've lived in Japan for 20 years and I've never heard the word "curichi" before.
The words “bifuteki” and “pokuteki” are also unusual and sound old-fashioned.
