for a really long time, I would avoid making doctors appts and seeing the dr out of anxiety and fear. I've recently been getting ultrasounds done (my first one at 31) after lifelong painful periods that have been affecting me a ton. I use so many vacation days to cover cramps. Found out I have PCOS and a fibroid. Seeing you make appointments is beneficial and inspiring to me.

I had to pause the video because it was Me who commented about the fire, . 👋🏼Honestly, I almost didn't say it because I felt silly/a nag lol but im so glad i did! as someone who had a long covid therapist for over 2 years, I learned so much stuff that's extremely bad for your lungs. In German, they call airing out the house "Luften" I learnt it whilst living in Berlin (you try cross-ventilate) anyhoo back to the video!

hey jenny, ive been watching you since the beginning and I relate a lot to you when it comes to emotions, feelings, thoughts, anxieties and such as well as spirituality. being a big (over)thinker who’s perfectionism outs in procrastination and not being sure of your self or path etc. past year I made some big steps in my anxiety thanks to a new (jungian analyst) therapist but also to a small book that changed my perspective a lot, and it might be such a cliché but yeah usually the most complicated questions have the simplest answers. it’s the power of the now by eckhart tolle! I’m not even a viewer of his talks and such, this book just rewired my brain and taught me a very important trick that helps me stop being so much in my mind without needing to do an entire yoga / meditation / walk / rebrand thing. I felt like sharing this with you because who knows! sending you love, your videos have always been my fav and I’m always happy when they pop up <3
