I love watching other people do their new years intention setting! I did mine entirely on paper this year 🤓 I had lots of disparate goals and habits I'd like to take up (eg using my SAD lamp more, one massage/spa day per month while I still have a stable full time job lol, make more music with an ensemble of friends, etc). But I didn't round everything up into one central theme—that seems helpful. And so does the 3-2-1 method! I wanna reduce the overwhelm and "clutter" that all my goals are giving me rn haha
