Thanks for the review. I am using the Ultra 7 165U variant with 32 GB RAM and have found it absolutely amazing for work, browsing and some games. The 1 thing all these reviews lack is that they just focus on the Surface device but in my 11 years of using Surface I have always used Docks. I have mine docked with the Surface Thunderbolt 4 Dock and 2 1080P monitors with external keyboard and mouse. It performs amazingly well as a system. I have not been at all disappointed with the Surface Pro 10 for Business.

If you have capacity and availability I would be really interested if you manage to review the new ARM based Surface Pros coming. I use a SP9 with only 8GB RAM but get it to work nicely with my workflow which is mainly data (anything media I use my iPad) but if the new devices have the long battery that is promised I may do an uncharacteristic early upgrade.

Wait for the version with Lunar Lake or if you don't mind Windows on ARM just get the one with Snapdragon X.

I am really disappointed with the battery while the Asus ZenBook with the core ultra h processor has a macbook-length battery usage time. That means a poor optimization by Microsoft.

Consumers will give this a pass and instead buy the Surface Pro X-Elite with OLED and better battery life. Although the screen on time will still be less than other X-Elite PCs, it will be better than the Intel version. Also, OLED will be a choice for some. Still, I would get an iPad Pro M4 if I wanted a tablet. The Surface Pro only makes sense if you primarily use it for desktop apps.
