The cyber security architect says for the past 30 years" "Windoze security is job security for me" - true... The industries that got rid of their mainframes ( COBAL code is secure to this day, and IRS, Ford, GM, Chrysler will NEVER get rid of their mainframes in our life time) and Unix sytems (secure much more than Windoze) put their cyber posture at a lower priority.
