Wondering how to grill chicken thighs? They are one of the easiest meats to grill because they are so forgiving. They give you a lot of opportunity to learn how to control the fire, use a thermometer, and grill them to perfection. Even if you mess them up, they are still pretty good.

In this video I show you two ways to grill chicken thighs. One of them is a quick method on the gas grill and the other takes a bit more time on a standard charcoal kettle grill.

Looks delicious on both grills. On the charcoal, turn the grill 180* so the cooler metal is over the coals to render the skin quickly without burning. 🇨🇦👍🏼

I use a similar technique on my Weber but turn off the middle burner completely and don’t use a thermometer. Twenty minutes a side is the perfect amount of time as long as the grill is maintained at 400.
