Office Tour with Seek Asia’s Peter Bithos

Ask anyone what they'd like to have in their office space and their answer would probably include the usual amenities such as a well-stocked pantry, nice views, and a dedicated relaxation corner.

But they'd also likely agree that it takes way more than that to build an ideal office culture.

"A good office and a work culture are two different issues, but they are linked," says Peter Bithos, CEO of Seek Asia.

"It makes you feel good inside when you walk into a nice environment. But culture is much more than just the place you work. It's all the people around you," he adds.

In this video, Bithos brings Tech in Asia on a tour of Seek Asia's Singapore office (complete with a demo on how to use the beer tap) and shares the online job portal's plans for the near future.
