I did a rest to factory settings. Thank you. The keyboard 1, q, a, z wasn't working and still not working after reset. Also internet explorer no longer and and select a Google search engine. Can't sign in to my Google account due to keyboard keys mentioned not working. Any suggestions how I can proceed. Also want to upgrade to windows 10 once problems solved. Thank you
