انهایی که گیاه خوار هستند میشه بجای گوشت از بامجان و کدو تنبل درست و همچنین از کرفس بجای سبزیجات مختلف مشیه استفاده و پخت پز کرد و هم در تحدیک هم زیر ان یا نان و یا سیب زمین گذاشت. ولی سیب زمینی خوشمزهتر میشه ...سپاس بانو
