Flipping Crispy Tahdig with Mum

Mama’s back with one of her famous Tahdig flips!

I think I need to bring her back to make this recipe together so I can share it, what do you think??

It’s Persian rice with broad beans and dill. It was my number 1 favourite dish when I was a baby as I would pick out the beans and eat them
