like that the The Boys is filled with shitty people trying to stop a company that's filled with shittier people. It deviates from the comics and really shines on its own. I think I like the series more. I love how the characters pasts are coming back to haunt them and it's really cool seeing life work them over as they face the survivors of their horrible actions. Imo Frenchie, Hughie and MM are victims. Frenchie had a rough upbringing and was turned into an assassin. By the time he broke free, the damage was already done; both to himself and others. Hughie is an average guy trying to stay good and is doing an ok job. He's had some slip ups, but there's still hope. MM is doing govt work and it'll be interesting to see how he handles Ryan. Kimiko was apart of the problem she hates, which is an awesome fun fact, and is still a sociopathic pos; she still bae tho. Butcher is still the anti-metahuman pos he's always been, so he's getting what he deserves.

Starlight and Firecracker are interesting. I agree that people who have certain beliefs are willing to overlook A because of B. In my opinion, Starlight and Firecracker are terrible people, though Starlight is worse; if Starlight is in the Dumpster, Firecracker is in a box right outside it. Firecracker is a S Offender; that's pretty bad. Starlight, however, is a murderer and, depending on a persons views, someone could frown upon the abortion thing. Honestly, I'd wash my hands of both of them and any political group that affiliated with them.

Hughie's dad wanted to be taken off life support in this scenario because he didn't want to spend years as a vegetable. If he knew waking up with superpowers and feeling better than ever was an option, I think any human on Earth would take that choice.

I think Hughie's mom is doing Hughie a favor. She took the choice out of his hands so he didn't have to make it. So now Hughie has his dad back and his conscience is clean.

I think homelander was internally damaged from soldier boy’s chess light from the first fight. I believe that is the reason why he is aging faster . Plus he is cra-cra 🤡🔪
