Theres a big difference between capsules and tablets. Capsules I can swallow no problem cos they're slippery. But I have these Magnesium Tablets that are huge and not slippery, if you dont swallow fast enough the water will dissolve that layer of the tablet and it becomes rough making it even harder to swallow... damn tablets man... why cant they all just be capsules? Or just make a smaller one but give twice the number? I dont get the reason for these humongous tablets with non slippery surface. Who makes these?
